AGREEMENT FOR GAMING SERVICES OF Betanic Casino N.V.

Section 1: LEGAL STATUSBetanic Casino N.V., a company registered and incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, hereby grants to each Player (as defined below) access to its online gaming services. By registering for an Account with us, you acknowledge that your use of our services shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") which are binding upon you.

Section 2: REGISTRATION AND LOGIN PROCESSTo become a registered user and access the Gaming Services, you must register on our website at betaniccasino.com. To do so:

(i) You will submit an application for registration through our online system;(ii) Upon approval of your application, we shall provide you with a username and password ("Login Details");(iii) We reserve the right to request from time to time additional information or documentation (including but not limited to proof of age, identity, address, and/or payment details) in order to verify your Account.

Section 3: GAMING AND SOFTWARE PROVIDERSThe Gaming Services shall be provided through a range of software providers ("Software Providers") including but not limited to NetEnt (MGA licensed), Pragmatic Play (MGA), Evolution (MGA/UKGC), and Play'n GO (MGA). These Software Providers have been duly authorized by us.

By using the Gaming Services, you confirm your understanding of these Terms and Conditions which together with any other applicable terms and conditions provided to or agreed by you shall constitute a binding agreement between us. Your account will be considered inactive for all purposes after twelve (12) consecutive months unless further funds are deposited.

We reserve the right in our absolute discretion at any time, without notice to modify, suspend or withdraw your access to these Gaming Services.
